Order Cancellation
1. Cancellation by Customer:
- Before Shipment:
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team at myauraindia@gmail.com with your order details.
- After Shipment:
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return and Refund policy.
2. Cancellation by Myaura :
- myaura reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Items out of stock.
- Errors in product pricing or description.
- Unforeseen logistical issues.
In the event Myaura cancels an order, the customer will be notified via email and a full refund will be processed.
Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Certain items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at myauraindia@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and include the RAN inside the package.
- Ship the item to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item received was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team at myauraindia@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide a description of the defect and include photos if possible.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verification of the defect.
